Story: Iterative Problem Framing

Not every good-looking idea deserves a full build. Good systems work starts by testing whether a focused approach solves a meaningful problem.

A Grounded Experiment

This work explored how to evaluate an operational idea without overstating what the system could do or making claims it could not support.

The rules matter as much as the test:

  • No invented identity, address, credentials, reviews, or public claims.
  • No promises that depend on capabilities the system cannot support.
  • No scale-up before the facts, constraints, and capacity are understood.

The Broader Pattern

The same standard applies across systems work: choose a narrow scope, collect evidence, test the response, and document the learning. The goal is a useful, maintainable result rather than a folder full of hypotheticals.
